La Puerta del Bautismo, del siglo XV, corresponde al lado oeste de la nave del evangelio, en el tímpano podemos ver la representación del Bautismo de Cristo, acompañado por las esculturas de los obispos de Sevilla, San Leandro y San Isidoro, junto a Santa Justa y Rufina, realizadas por Lorenzo Mercadante de Bretaña y Pedro Millán, siglo XV.
