Alfa Romeo 2600 SZ 1967
Spada started the design of the 2600 SZ around 1961. One of the prototypes at the Alfa Museum. At that time Alfa came up with two projects, the lightweight "Tubolare" Giulia 1600 TZ and the Zagato interpretation of the Alfa 2600 product line.

Description. In 1963 Zagato presented the prototype of his interpretation of the Alfa Romeo 2600, ( called Series 106.12) designed by Ercole Spada with an innovative aerodynamic line, which was recognized by the front with elliptical headlights. It was distinguished by particularly original lines that recall the contemporary Zagato style.

Find it here on eBay in Bethel, Connecticut. The 2600 was the last of the traditional big Alfas, defined by the twin-cam straight six engine. This Sprint Zagato is especially rare, with only 105 built between 1963 and 1967 according to the Zagato Register, which has on this car. Once restored, this car should look and perform quite nicely.
