PS5 only has solid-state drives and a high-end processor compared to older consoles, they likely did away with both the hard-drive-optimized files and compressed the entire game, which would give about 150GB.. Most of ark's size comes from it being both uncompressed and having a second set of files that are build for fast access on slow drives, both optimizations.
