This tradition (inspired by The Holiday) began in 2020 when, thanks to covid, I spent my first Christmas alone in Los Angeles and wanted to do something special (yet simple) and festive for myself.

Add the garlic powder and give a stir. Then slowly pour in heavy cream while whisking. Once all combined, stir in the parmesan cheese and stir.
