A few years ago, I was visiting my parents and they ordered from Mighty Quinn's, a BBQ chain. My dad ordered a Brontosaurus rib. Of course, I was immediately interested, because as far as I knew, dinosaurs were extinct. Turns out these Brontosaurus ribs were just really big beef ribs. These ribs could easily each serve more than one person!

Before and after trying to tackle the brontosaurus rib at mighty Quinn
Tried them for the 1st time recently. Portions are decent for the price. Got the 2 meat platter, Ribs and Burnt Ends (addt'l $2.50) with a side of Cornbread. The ribs were good and tender, but could've used a little more rub in my opinion. The burnt ends were subpar, very soft, a bit on the sweet side and tasted more like stew beef.
