You know I love a good Wild Blueberry smoothie (or chia fresca), and this one is triple the fun. The blue layer is a yummy blueberry-banana-peanut butter smoothie, the white layer is a super creamy layer with bananas and coconut whipped topping, and the red layer is light and fruity with raspberries and cherries.

Instructions. Red Layer - Put all the strawberries, half of a banana and 1/3 of the coconut cream in the blender. Mix well. Pour the red layer into the bottom of your glasses, filling about 1/3 of the way. Rinse out the blender. White Layer - Put the remaining coconut cream and bananas in the blender. Mix well.

Add milk to the blender and turn on low. Add protein powder, then spinach and frozen cherries and add lid. Slowly turn up speed and blend at high speed until it reaches a smoothie consistency. While smoothie is blending, wash strawberries and blueberries. Slice strawberries and banana (if using). Pour smoothie into a bowl.

Combine all ingredients in the mixer for the WHITE smoothie following the order listed above. Blend until smooth. Pour it into a mason jar or pitcher and place in freezer for 15 minutes so it will firm up a bit. Rinse out the blender and combine all ingredients for the RED smoothie and layer it in the order I mapped out above.

Instructions. Place the blueberries, 1 tablespoon sugar, and 2 tablespoons milk in a blender. Process until smooth. Pour the puree 1/3 way up each glass (see note) and place in the freezer for about 35-40 minutes. Spoon 3 tablespoons of the yogurt in each glass, on top of the frozen blueberry mixture.
