I was very happy to find Tony Chachere's products on Amazon. I use this Tony's Brown Gravy Mix for many of my beef dishes, especially pot or slow cooker roasts. The flavor is rich and pleasing, as are all their products. Try experimenting with this gravy mix. I add a little to flavor chili, pepper steak, and even a few Italian dishes.
