Wookie Oatmeal Cookie Sandwich. We thought this Star Wars treat was super yummy! The filling is similar to a whoopie pie center, but a little more airy. It paired perfectly with the oatmeal cookies, which were nice and chewy and JUST the right amount of oatmeal flavor. The chocolate on top was also a SUPER cute addition to honor our fave fuzzy.
